Many of my friends like this cake. It is a sticky cake and they like that. This recipe is for ( Time after Time ) cakes.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 20 oz
    can crushed pineapple
  • TOPPING

  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    pecans
  • 1 small
    can milk ( 8 or 6 ) ounce
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    sugar

How to Make UGLI PINEAPPLE CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first five ingredents, Pour into a 9+13 greased pan, sprinkle on top of brown sugar and pecans, Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
  2. For topping
  3. 1 small can, can milk, 1 1/2 stick butter, 3/4 cup sugar
  4. Boil 10 minutes cool for 5 minutes.
    Pour over hot cake.
