This deliious dessert was served at a women's luncheon and everyone enjoyed it. I am taking it to a potluck at work next week as I am sure they will love it!!

Ingredients
- 1 box twinkies (10)
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 box orange jello (large or two small)
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 - container of cool whip
- 1 cup boiling water

Step 1Cut the Twinkies in half, length wise and layer in a 9 x 13" pan. Mix the large box or two small boxes of orange jello with one cup boiling water and mix until jello is completely dissolved; be sure it is dissolved. Add the can of crushed pineapple and softened vanilla ice cream to the jello and mix until all is blended well.

Step 2Pour the mixture over the Twinkies, completely covering. Top with Cool Whip (8 oz. should be sufficient unless you prefer more). Refrigerate for at least two hours. ENJOY!!
