tunnel of fudge cake
I posted this cake on my last recipe and that was the modern version that Pillsbury made because they discontinued Double Dutch Fudge Buttercream Frosting mix and used powdered sugar and cocoa. I now posted the original 1966 recipe.

- 1 3/4 cups land o lakes butter softened.
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pillsbury best flour
- 1 package pillsbury two layer size double dutch fudge buttercream frosting mix
- 3 cups chopped diamond walnuts
How To Make tunnel of fudge cake

Step 1Grease and flour tube pan. Cream sugar and butter till creamy.

Step 2Add eggs one at a time and mix.Mix in frosting mix cup at a time with whip or spoon.

Step 3Add flour and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
