This was a throw together cake I use to make for many years. Really moist and taste great.

Ingredients

1 box yelllow cake mix
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup crushed pineapple
4 - eggs
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 -4oz package coconut instant pudding mix

How To Make tropical splash cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Lightly sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
