How to Make Tropical flavored 7UP Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter a 13x9 inch cake pan.In large mixing bowl blend together the cake mix,7 up,water,eggs,vegetable oil,
vanilla and rum extracts.Mix until smooth and pour into prepared pan. - Mix the fruit with the brown sugar and half the coconut and pour over top of batter.Bake cake for 20 minutes,remove from oven and sprinkle on remaining coconut bake an additional10 minutes or until golden brown and edges start to pull away from sides of pan.
