Ingredients

1/2 cup graham crackers crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 - 8oz.cream chese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 - large can crushed pineapple
1 - 8oz.container cool whip

How To Make tropical cheesecake

Step 1

Make crumb crust RESERVING 2 TBL OF THE CRUMBS FOR TOPPING. press into an 8 inch pan. Chill

Step 2

Whip cheese & sugar until fluffy. Stir in pineapple. Fold in cool whip.
Step 3

Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserve crumbs. Chill well.
