These cupcakes have been made for school lunches, picnics, and showers. They really are wonderful.

Ingredients For traveling cupcakes

4 oz. chocolate chips

2 sticks butter
-
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups sugar

4 eggs
-
2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup flour
How To Make traveling cupcakes

1In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add chips, stirring constantly.

2When the chips have melted, add the pecans and sugar. Mix until blended.

3Take off heat and add the 4 eggs, vanilla, and flour. Mix, do not beat.

4Divide into 12 paper lined cupcake holders.

5Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. No frosting needed.
