How to Make Traveling Cupcakes
- In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add chips, stirring constantly.
- When the chips have melted, add the pecans and sugar.
Mix until blended.
- Take off heat and add the 4 eggs, vanilla, and flour.
Mix, do not beat.
- Divide into 12 paper lined cupcake holders.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. No frosting needed.
