These cupcakes have been made for school lunches, picnics, and showers. They really are wonderful.

Ingredients
- - 4 oz. chocolate chips
- - 2 sticks butter
- - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- - 1 1/2 cups sugar
- - 4 eggs
- - 2 tsp. vanilla
- - 1 cup flour
How To Make traveling cupcakes

Step 1In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add chips, stirring constantly.

Step 2When the chips have melted, add the pecans and sugar. Mix until blended.

Step 3Take off heat and add the 4 eggs, vanilla, and flour. Mix, do not beat.

Step 4Divide into 12 paper lined cupcake holders.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. No frosting needed.
