Ingredients
- 8 large egg yolks
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make torta

Step 1Cream oil and sugar.

Step 2Add eggs and beat until creamy.

Step 3Add flour alternately with milk, then add vanilla.

Step 4Line muffin tins with muffin cups and bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees (pre-heated oven).

Step 5Let the muffins cool completely and roll the tops in sugar.

Step 6Note: The tins I used are traditional muffin tins used for this recipe which can be purchased online.
