Always a Fave!!! This is my most requested dessert, every family gathering I am asked to bring this. It is a rich great for family time in the winter dessert...:)

Ingredients

2 - graham cracker pie crust (store or hand made)
- caramel ice cream sauce
- hot fudge ice cream sauce
1/2 cup crushed pecans
3 packages (8 oz packages) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 - eggs

How To Make top this turtle cheesecake

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

Step 2

cover crust with thin layer of caramel sauce, set aside
Step 3

In large bowl beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar
Step 4

slowly beat in eggs, fill pie crust 3/4 full with mix
Step 5

bake at 350 till lightly golden and center is settled
Step 6

top with Hot Fudge, Caramel and Pecans (I always do some sort of design to keep it fun) and enjoy!!!
