How to Make Top this Turtle Cheesecake
- preheat oven to 350
- cover crust with thin layer of caramel sauce, set aside
- In large bowl beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar
- slowly beat in eggs, fill pie crust 3/4 full with mix
- bake at 350 till lightly golden and center is settled
- top with Hot Fudge, Caramel and Pecans (I always do some sort of design to keep it fun) and enjoy!!!
