I made this cake quite a few years ago. It was good. I got this recipe from a friend of mine...Not quite sure who Tom was. :)

yield 9 x13 or 2 round cakes

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
2 - eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make tom's favorite chocolate cake

Step 1

Sift dry ingreients together, then add other ingredients, stirring well.

Step 2

Grease and lightly flour large rectangle cake pan or 2 round cake pans. Pour in batter, bake at 325* for 25-30 minutes. *Note- Batter will be very runny.
