tomato soup cake (smaller version)
This is a good recipe for a single person or cooking for two. It uses a brownie pan. I hope you will like it.

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup raisins
How To Make tomato soup cake (smaller version)

Step 1cream the butter and sugar. add in the egg and beat.

Step 2dissolve the bakng soda in the tomato soup.

Step 3sift together the flour, cinnamon and cloves. mix with the butter/sugar mixture.

Step 4Add the soup and raisins.

Step 5bake in a prepared 8x8x2 pan for 45 mins. at 350 degrees. Test for doneness. Let cool and top either with powdered sugar or cream cheese frosting.
