How to Make Tomato Soup Cake
- Sift dry ingredients three times. (okay, I cheat and just sift it once)
- Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add in the dry ingedients and the tomato soup alternately in small amounts, beating after each addition.
- Fold in the raisins and nuts.
- Pour into a greased tube or a couple loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
