This is my favorite cake. I always asked my Mother to make it for me for my birthday. It like a spice cake. Some people like it with frosting but I like it without.

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup with 1 teaspoon baking soda stirred in it
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature or oleo
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
How To Make tomato soup cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 8x8 or 9x9 cake pan with baking spray or butter dusted with flour.

Step 2Cream oleo, sugar and spices. Add soup with soda in it and beat. Add flour a little at a time. Raison and or nuts can be added. Raisons are my favorite add in.

Step 3Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
