toffee tiramasu
I don't make this very often, but when I do, there is never any left. Very light and satisfying. A gourmet dessert that you can make at home.

Ingredients
- 1 medium pound cake, like saralee
- 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 2 packages cream cheese, 8oz (room temperature)
- 1/2 stick butter or marg. (softened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 medium container of cool whip
- 4 medium toffee bars ( finely chopped )
How To Make toffee tiramasu

Step 1Slice poundcake into nine slices, and layer in a large glass dish or baking pan

Step 2Sprinkle with coffee

Step 3Beat with electric mixer, the cream cheese, butter, sugar and chocolate syrup. Spread on top of cake.

Step 4Spread Coolwhip on top of cake and sprinkle with toffee candy Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
