- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box coconut lime pudding mix, large
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 3 large eggs, room temp and beaten
- 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 bag coconut, toasted
How To Make toasted coconut lime cake

Step 1Mix first 6 ingredients, pour into greased floured 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 2Combine the next four ingredients to make the icing and spread over warm cake. Top with bag of toasted coconut!
