A little humor in the title of my cake. Anyway this is the very best of the best cakes I make other then the Sinfully Delicious Chocolate Cake I make. I know if you make this you'll add it to your recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding (small box)
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    tequila
  • 2 Tbsp
    triple sec (orange)
  • ·
    frosting
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    triple sec
  • 2 Tbsp
    tequila

How to Make "To Kill Ya Cake" aka Tequila Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350*F

    Cake - In a mixing bowl mix everything together on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a lightly floured and greased bundt pan
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or til tooth pick comes out clean, Place on wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes
    then take out of pan.
  3. for frosting place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, it will be runny, poke the cake with a fork or something long like a wooden thin stick all over then drizzle the frosting all over the cake, chill the cake and then serve. ENJOY
