Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 - beaten eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups cooking oil
- 2 jars large jars baby food carrots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ICING INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick butter, unsalted room temp
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - walnuts or pecans crushed for top optional
How To Make to die for carrot cake

Step 1For Cake: Combine sugar and eggs, mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Spray 10x15 glass baking dish with spay oil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, until cake is firm in center. Cool completely

Step 2Icing: After cake has cooled, mix all ingredients except optional nuts. Spread on cake and sprinkle with nuts.
