Ingredients
- 40 - nilla wafers, finely crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, divided
- 3 x large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (3.4) box vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups cool whip, divided
- 1/2 square - semi sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated
How To Make tiramisu mousse cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Mix wafer crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 13 x 9" pan.

Step 3Beat 3 pkg. cream cheese, sugar & 1 Tbsp coffee in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

Step 4Bake 28 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.

Step 5Beat remaining cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add milk & remaining coffee; mix well. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Stir in 1 1/2 C cool whip. Spread over cheesecake; sprinkle with chocolate. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Step 6Garnish with remaining cool whip just before serving.
