Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups nilla wafers (about 40 cookies), crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, cooled & divided
- 3 x large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 sm package instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
- 2 cups cool whip, divided
- 1 square - semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated, divided
How To Make tiramisu mousse cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Mix wafer crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan.

Step 3Beat 3 pkgs cream cheese, sugar, 1 tbsp coffee in a standing mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each, just until blended. Pour over crust.

Step 4Bake 28 - 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.

Step 5Beat remaining cream cheese in standing mixer until creamy. Add milk, remaining coffee; mix well. Add dry pudding; beat 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/2 C cool whip. Spread over cooled cheesecake, sprinkle with 1/2 shaved chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 6Garnish with remaining cool whip & remaining 1/2 shaved chocolate just before serving.
