Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup espresso
- 4 ounces rum
- 1 small heavy whipping cream container
- 1 package lady fingers, comes with 2 sleeves
- 1 mascarpone
How To Make tiramisu

Step 1whisk together in a double boiler on med heat, the eggs & sugar about 5 mins, till light in color, set aside.

Step 2fold in the room temperature mascarpone.

Step 3in a separate bowl make the whipping cream, hand held mixer until peaks form, mix in 2 oz of the rum & vanilla

Step 4fold in the whipping cream to the egg mixture.

Step 5put the espresso and the rest of the rum in a shallow dish, and dip "quickly" each side of lady fingers and align on bottom of baking dish, then pour a layer of the cream mixture..repeat once more and finish by a dusting of cocoa powder, refrigerate at least 4 hours.
