Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/3 cups cocoa powder
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 5 - eggs
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- 2 1/3 cups powdered sugar (sugar free : 2 1/3 c splenda 4 tablespoons cornstarch, blend in blender) i use 1 c. + 2 tbsp slimtevia, 4 tbsp cornstarch, blend)
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup very hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make the greatest & easiest chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven 350. Grease and flour 9" (two) cake pans, tube pan. OR cup cake liners

Step 2Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix on high speed for 3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl once; pour into prepared pans or fill cupcake liners to 3/4 full.

Step 3Bake 9" cakes for 55 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Bundt cake will take longer. Cupcakes 20-25 minutes.

Step 4FROSTING: Place all ingredients in small mixing bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Frost cooled cake/cupcakes
