Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 can (16 oz) fruit cocktail in heavy syrup
- 1 cup coconut, flaked
- 4 medium eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- FOR THE GLAZE
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- - vanilla extract, if desired
How To Make the best pudding cake

Step 1preheat oven to 325.

Step 2blend all cake ingredients except for brown sugar and nuts and beat 4 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed.

Step 3pour into a well greased 9x13 inch pan. sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

Step 4bake in a 325 oven about 45 minutes or tested done. cool 15 minutes.

Step 5meanwhile make glaze by combining glaze ingredients and boiling for 2 minutes. pour over warm cake.
