2 csugar

1 1/2 coil

4eggs

1/2 cchopped nuts

2 cgrated carrots

1 can(s)(8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

CREAM CHEESE ICING
-
1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cbutter
-
1 box(1 pound) powdered sugar

2 tspvanilla
How to Make The Best Carrot Cake Ever
- Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Combine and beat until batter is smooth. - Stir in carrots. When well blended, add nuts and pineapple. Mix thoroughly.
- Put batter into a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cream Cheese Icing:
Cream together cream cheese and butter. - Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy.
- This is enough icing for a layer cake, 1/2 recipe will frost a sheet cake.
