- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 4 - eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup walnuts,crushed
- 3 cups carrot, shredded
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - powdered sugar
How To Make the best carrot cake

Step 1Sift flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt and sugar. Beat eggs.Mix dry with eggs,oil,applesauce,walnuts and vanilla. Pour into tube pan, no greasing necessary. Preheat oven to 375 Bake for 1 hour. Cool. Remve from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
