2 csugar, minus 6 tblsp

2 stickbutter, softened

4 Tbspcocoa powder

1/2 cbuttermilk

1 boxpowder sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

3/4 cchopped pecans
How to Make Texas Sheet Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Sift together sugar & flour; set aside.
- Mix in saucepan butter, cocoa & water. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour over sugar/flour mixture & mix well.
- Add rest of ingredients to that mixture(except for icing ings.)
- Pour into a 18x12 jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 mins.
- Icing: Combine cocoa, butter & milk in saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. Add powder sugar and mix well. Add vanilla & nuts. Spread over warm cake.
