THIS CAKE IS MOUTH WATERING AND TART.I MAKE THIS CAKE FOR MY FRIENDS AND CHURCH.

Ingredients

1 box
lemon cake mix
3.4 OZ. box
lemon instant pudding
4 large
eggs
1 c
water
1/2 c
fresh lemon juice
1/3 c
vegetable oil

GLAZE:

1 c
white powdered sugar
2
lemon zest from 2 lemons
2
juice from 2 lemons

Step-By-Step

1Mix sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
2You may have to adjust according to how thick or thin you like it
3Add zest and mix throughly.Set Glaze aside.
4Preheat oven to 350.
5Spray non stick spray in a bundt pan,or you can use a 9x5 loaf pan.
6Combine cake ingredients in a large bowl.Beat at medium speed for 2 mins.
7Pour into pan and bake 45-50 mins.or pick inserted in center comes out dry.
8Cool for about 30 mins.
9Drizzle glaze over cake when completely cooled.Serves 12
