Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3.4 OZ. boxes lemon instant pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup white powdered sugar
- 2 - lemon zest from 2 lemons
- 2 - juice from 2 lemons
How To Make tart lemon pound cake

Step 1Mix sugar and lemon juice until creamy.

Step 2You may have to adjust according to how thick or thin you like it

Step 3Add zest and mix throughly.Set Glaze aside.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350.

Step 5Spray non stick spray in a bundt pan,or you can use a 9x5 loaf pan.

Step 6Combine cake ingredients in a large bowl.Beat at medium speed for 2 mins.

Step 7Pour into pan and bake 45-50 mins.or pick inserted in center comes out dry.

Step 8Cool for about 30 mins.

Step 9Drizzle glaze over cake when completely cooled.Serves 12
