- In a large mixing bowl pour cake mix in, add eggs, oil, and lemon juice, mix on low speed, gradually increase speed until fluffy.
- spray two 8 inch round pans with cooking spray, add cake mixture into pans evenly, pop into pre- heated oven at 350f. bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and cool for about an hour.
- turn over on to cake platter, top off with whipped cream icing and lemom/lime shavings.
