Ingredients
- BOTTOM LAYER
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter, unsalted & melted
- MIDDLE LAYER
- 1 - cool whip
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- GANACHE
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
How To Make sweet & salty mud bars

Step 1Put your pretzels and brown sugar through food processor until almost fine crumbs. Melt 2 sticks of butter, dump pretzels in a 13x9 pan and pour butter over it and press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Step 2Make middle layer, mix softened cream cheese, sugar and cool whip until smooth and creamy.

Step 3Spread this layer over the cooled pretzel bottom. Place in the fridge until you are ready to put the ganache on it.

Step 4Make ganache by combining heavy whipping cream & chocolate chips in a bowl over simmering water until melted.

Step 5stir constantly to cool faster and then pour over the top of the dessert to finish it off.
