flour, sifted
1 c
1 tsp
1 Tbsp
plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 c
butter, softened
1/3 c
rose water
1 pkg
small instant french vanilla pudding
1 c
sour cream
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1 tsp
amaretto extract

How to Make Sweet Romance Wedding Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
    Grease and flour cake pans (2 8 inch rounds)
  • 2Combine by hand flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with mixer on low speed. Increase speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes until well blended.
  • 3Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until center tests done (toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
  • 4Alternate the fillings if doing a wedding cake or pick your favorite for an everyday cake.

    1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
    2/3 cup Sweet Romance Wedding Frosting
    White Chocolate Cream Filling
    1/3 cup melted white chocolate
    2/3 cup Sweet Romance Wedding Frosting
