sweet potato cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes
• 3 - eggs
• 1 1/2 cups wesson oil
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
• 1 box or 1 pound powdered sugar
• 1 - 8 ounce cheese cheese softened
• 1 stick softened butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts (as you know i prefer walnuts.
