My daughter showed me this cute idea, especially good for kids.

Ingredients

Step 1

Combine an angel food mix with a mix of any flavor in a large zip-log bag. Shake well.

Step 2

In a coffee mug, mix 3 tbsp of cake mixture and 2 tbsp water. (Add chocolate or other chips if you like.)
Step 3

Microwave for one minute. Turn out onto saucer, and Voila! One cupcake-sized cake for one, nice and warm. Add whipped topping, chocolate syrup, ice cream, etc.
Step 4

This is so easy and something young kids would like to do themselves. You are left with a bag of cake mix ready to go next time. It won't win any blue ribbons, but give it a try.
