sweet milk cake
This is a delicious, dense, spongy type cake that needs nothing more than a sprinkle of confectioners' sugar. Although I took some blackberry spreadable jam, diluted with about a teaspoon of water, and drizzled the cake. It is delicious either way...just the right sweetness...and best of all its so easy.. This cake could also be used in a Trifle dessert, instead of a pound cake. Enjoy!...my photos

Ingredients
- 1 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 - eggs
- 3 - 1/2 tablespoons melted, butter
- 1 cup flour
How To Make sweet milk cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray and flour a 9 inch spring form pan or cake pan with nonstick cooking spray, then flour it.

Step 2In a medium mixing bowl; add all the ingredients and mix with a hand mixer till smooth.

Step 3Pour batter into prepared pan, bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Do not over bake.

Step 4Cool the cake on cooling rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, or serve with a fruity jam. Enjoy!
