This is a favorite of my family on those lazy summer days. Just the right thing to cool off with after a meal, or just a special treat.

Ingredients

1 box yellow butter cake mix; baked per directions. cool
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box frozen sweetened strawberries thawed
1 large tub of cool whipped topping

How To Make sweet luscious strawberry cream cake

Step 1

Mix and bake cake according to directions on box

Step 2

Cool
Step 3

Poke holes in the cake with a fork
Step 4

Pour can of condensed sweetened milk over cake
Step 5

Spoon 1 small box or tub of sweetened strawberries that are thawed making sure to use all the syrup
Step 6

Spread cool whip over top of this and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Refridgerate.
