Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup flour

How To Make sweet cream tea cakes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Mix milk and eggs together until well combined. Add almond extract (vanilla will work too).
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well. Pour in the melted butter, mix and then add flour.
  • Step 4
    Lightly spray muffin tins or use silicone baking molds and dust with powdered sugar. Pour in batter to just below the rim.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 40 mins and dust with powdered sugar after cooled.
