1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
almond extract
4 Tbsp
butter, melted

How to Make Sweet Cream Tea Cakes


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2Mix milk and eggs together until well combined. Add almond extract (vanilla will work too).
  • 3Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well. Pour in the melted butter, mix and then add flour.
  • 4Lightly spray muffin tins or use silicone baking molds and dust with powdered sugar. Pour in batter to just below the rim.
  • 5Bake for 40 mins and dust with powdered sugar after cooled.
