How to Make Sweet Cream Tea Cakes
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2Mix milk and eggs together until well combined. Add almond extract (vanilla will work too).
3Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well. Pour in the melted butter, mix and then add flour.
4Lightly spray muffin tins or use silicone baking molds and dust with powdered sugar. Pour in batter to just below the rim.
5Bake for 40 mins and dust with powdered sugar after cooled.
