How to Make Sweet Cream Tea Cakes


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix milk and eggs together until well combined. Add almond extract (vanilla will work too).
  3. Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well. Pour in the melted butter, mix and then add flour.
  4. Lightly spray muffin tins or use silicone baking molds and dust with powdered sugar. Pour in batter to just below the rim.
  5. Bake for 40 mins and dust with powdered sugar after cooled.
