How to Make Sweet Cream Tea Cakes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix milk and eggs together until well combined. Add almond extract (vanilla will work too).
- Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well. Pour in the melted butter, mix and then add flour.
- Lightly spray muffin tins or use silicone baking molds and dust with powdered sugar. Pour in batter to just below the rim.
- Bake for 40 mins and dust with powdered sugar after cooled.
