Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 20oz cans crushed pineapple - undrained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (or pecans)
- CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 1 8oz packages cream cheese - softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
- 3/4 cup sugar
How To Make swedish pineapple cake

Step 1Mix ingredients by hand in order given.

Step 2Pour into an ungreased and unfloured 9 x 13 baking pan.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly browned.

Step 4For Cream Cheese Icing: Combine and beat well with mixer until smooth.

Step 5Spread on hot cake, fresh from the oven.

Step 6Refrigerate leftovers.
