A family favorite from a church cookbook my mother helped assemble. MacIntosh apples work well. If you have a sweeter variety, add a splash of lemon juice to the sliced apples.

- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium apples, thinly sliced
How To Make swedish apple cake

Step 1Beat eggs,sugar, and oil until foamy.

Step 2Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.

Step 4Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
