- 1 package chocolate cake mix of your choice
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese,softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup choc. chips of your choice
How To Make surprise cheesecake cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*degrees F. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

Step 2Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into muffin cups filling each about 2/3 full.

Step 3In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, then stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 teaspoon cheese mixture onto each cupcake.

Step 4Bake according to cake mix package directions. Let cool and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
