1-1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 csugar

1/4 cmelted butter

58 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

5eggs
-
2egg yolks
-
1-3/4 csugar

1/8 cflour

1/4 clight sour cream
How to Make Supreme cheeseycake
- Heat oven to 400. Spray a 10" springform pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press mix into bottom of pan.
- In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs and egg yolks until smooth. Add remaining sugar, flour and sour cream. Pour mix into pan.
- Bake for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 200. Bake 1 hr or until set. Remove from oven, let cool. Keep in refrigerator. Serve w/ fresh berries if desired.
