Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 5 - 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 5 - eggs
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1-3/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
How To Make supreme cheeseycake

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 10" springform pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press mix into bottom of pan.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs and egg yolks until smooth. Add remaining sugar, flour and sour cream. Pour mix into pan.

Step 3Bake for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 200. Bake 1 hr or until set. Remove from oven, let cool. Keep in refrigerator. Serve w/ fresh berries if desired.
