super moist vegan chocolate cake
Super easy, quick chocolate cake. There's really no wrong way to mix this. :) You can also sub out oil for applesauce, just comes out a tad more dense, and a few more mins inn the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (i use natural organic)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar

Step 1Spray a small baking pan (8x12) with vegetable spray.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients directly in a mixing bowl. You just want to blend them and break up the cocoa powder.

Step 3Add in all wet ingredients, EXCEPT vinegar.

Step 4Mix all together, making sure not to over mix. Doesn't take long.

Step 5Once everything is nicely mixed, add in the vinegar, as your very last step.

Step 6Add to your baking pan.
