Ingredients
- FOR THE CAKE
- - 2 cups all-purpose flour
- - 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- - 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- - 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- - 3 eggs
- - 1 2/3 cups sugar
- - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- - 1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
- - 1 1/3 cups water
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING
- - 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- - 1/4 cup butter softened
- - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- - 1 tsp. vanilla
- - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make super moist chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 13x9 pan.

Step 2Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside.

Step 3Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer at high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in Mayonnaise at low speed until blended.

Step 4Alternately beat in flour mixture with water, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Step 5Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack remove from pan and cool completely.

Step 6To make the icing : Melt Chocolate chips in the microwave. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Use to frost cake . Enjoy
