You can use any variety of apple that you prefer; you can also make this with or without the nuts, and may substitute another type of nut instead of walnuts. You can frost this cake with a frosting of your choice, you can top it with whipped cream, you can drizzle it with an ice cream topping, OR you can serve it plain... it's just that good !!

Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 3 - eggs
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make super moist apple cake

Step 1Mix the Canola oil with the sugar until well blended.

Step 2Add the salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and eggs....mix well. Slowly add flour and mix well again.

Step 3Into the mixture, fold the apples and walnuts with a wooden spoon and stir well.

Step 4Place mixture into a 9 X 13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
