Ingredients

2 - egg whites
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons corn syrup, light (karo)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package coconut

How To Make super coconut frosting

Step 1

Beat egg whites , sugar , syrup , water in top of a double boiler.

Step 2

Cook over boiling water ; beating all the time until stiff.
Step 3

Add the vanilla and the coconut to the mixture; Mix well.
