This recipe was given to me by a friend many years ago. It has become a family favorite during the summer months because it is not too heavy on the stomach.

Ingredients
- 1` - yellow cake mix
- 1/2` cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup fruit nector (mango, peach, or apricot)
How To Make sunshine cake

Step 1Mix all ingredients together adding eggs one at a time until smooth. Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray, pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan. Invert on plate. Slice and serve.
