This is a very delicious cake, not sure where I got it, but it's great for a potluck with a tropical theme, or just good any old time.

Ingredients

1 package orange cake mix
2 large eggs
1 can peach pie filling
8 ounces pkg cream cheese
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple plus juice
7 ounces kool whip

How To Make summertime cake

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients together, put into a greased 9x12 cake pan, Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Let cool

Step 2

Mix pineapple and juice into the cream cheese, Beat until blended, stir in the pudding, made according to directions,then fold in the Kool whip Spread onto cooled cake.
Step 3

you may sprinkle top with coconut if desired. Stays fresh and moist for over a week.
