  after mashing add the sugar and stir it depending how sweet you want it.the sugar will help the tart in strawberry some strawberry are sour and after mixing the sugar taste it first to make sure you don't put to much or less sugar.

  then get the cake and put 2 scoop of ice cream on top of the cake then grab a tablespoon and put 3 scoop of the strawberries sauce over the ice cream and then put whip cream on top.
