1PREHEAT: Oven to 325 degrees F.
SPRAY: 9-inch cake pan with Bakers' Joy nonstick cooking spray.
2BEAT: Cream cheese, 1 1/2 Cups Splenda granulated, Eggs, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract with mixer until all the lumps are dissolved.
POUR: Cheesecake batter in 9" cake pan.
BAKE: In 325 degrees F foe 40 minutes.
3MEANWHILE: Mix the sour cream, 3/4 Cup Splenda granulated and 1 tsp. vanilla.
POUR: Over hot cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes more.
COOL: In refrigerator.
TOP: Each piece with sugar-free strawberry glaze and a fresh strawberry. (Optional)
OTHER: Toppings may be used as desired.
