I got this recipe from a friends cookbook published in 2004. It was submitted by a Ms. Wallis.
Ingredients

3 1/2 pkg(8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
-
1 1/2 csplenda, granulated
-
4 largeeggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
TOPPING:
-
1 pt(16 oz.) sour cream
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
3/4 csplenda, granulated
How to Make SUGAR-FREE CHEESECAKE
- PREHEAT: Oven to 325 degrees F.
SPRAY: 9-inch cake pan with Bakers' Joy nonstick cooking spray. - BEAT: Cream cheese, 1 1/2 Cups Splenda granulated, Eggs, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract with mixer until all the lumps are dissolved.
POUR: Cheesecake batter in 9" cake pan.
BAKE: In 325 degrees F foe 40 minutes. - MEANWHILE: Mix the sour cream, 3/4 Cup Splenda granulated and 1 tsp. vanilla.
POUR: Over hot cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes more.
COOL: In refrigerator.
TOP: Each piece with sugar-free strawberry glaze and a fresh strawberry. (Optional)
OTHER: Toppings may be used as desired.
