Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 6 ounces box strawberry gelatin
- 3 cups marshmallows, mini
- - whipped creme or ice cream for side
How To Make strawberry upside down cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare sides of 9X13 dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Dice or smash strawberries and place them in bottom of baking dish. Evenly sprinkle gelatin over strawberries.

Step 3Top with marshmallows. Pour batter over marshmallows. Place in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Let cake cool for 15 minutes.

Step 4Take a knife and loosen the edges of cake from dish. Invert cake onto a serving tray.

Step 5Serve warm or room temperature with whipped topping or ice cream.

Step 6If you're using a different fruit, make sure to match up the gelatin with the fruit.
