Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
How To Make strawberry upside down cake

Step 1In a 9 x 13 cake pan pour 2Tbsp of melted butter and spread it over the bottom. Then sprinkle 1/2 c packed brown sugar over the butter. The slice enough strawberries to cover the bottom of the cake pan placing them on the butter and brown sugar. Set aside.

Step 2Then in a bowl combine all remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

Step 3When the batter is ready spoon it over the strawberries and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let is stand for about five minutes after you bring it out of the oven then on a platter flip the cake onto the platter. Serve with Whipped cream or Ice cream your choice
