Ingredients For strawberry trifle delight

1 pkginstant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)

2 cmilk
-
2 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cpowdered sugar

2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 tspcream of tartar
-
2 cstrawberries
-
1angel food cake (13 oz)
-
mint leaves, optional
How To Make strawberry trifle delight

1Prepare pudding mix, adding milk according to package directions. Cover and chill while preparing the rest of the layers. You'll need 1 1/2 cups of pudding.

2For the whipped cream, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream of tartar. Beat with a wire whisk until soft peaks form.

3Clean strawberries and cut off the stems. Then slice them lengthwise.

4Cube the angel food cake and divide into 3 portions.

5In a trifle bowl, layer 1/3 of the angel food cake on the bottom of the dish.

6Carefully spread 1/3 of the whipped cream on top of the cake. Then top the whipped cream with 1/3 of the strawberries.

7Top the strawberries with 1/2 of the chilled pudding mixture.

8Then layer another 1/3 of the angel food cake and top with 1/3 of the whipped cream.

9On top of the whipped cream, spread the second half of the pudding. Then top with 1/3 of the strawberries.

10Add the last of the cake.

11Top that with the rest of the whipped cream and strawberries. You can add some mint leaves for garnish, if you wish.
