Ingredients
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 quart frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
How To Make strawberry surprise cake

Step 1Bake cake according to directions in a tube pan or Bundt. Cut in half and scoop out centers. Mix sour cream, strawberries, and cake crumbs together, fill center of cake. Put cake together. Frost with rest of sour cream mixture, and cover with cool whip. Best if sets overnight.
